You're a commercially astute business professional, who develops existing relationships, networks throughout clients, and grows business/sales. You could live in Northampton, Birmingham, Oxford, Swindon, reputed company, Stevenage, Leicester, Luton, Milton Keynes, Banbury, Cambridge, etc. JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Manager - Electronic Components As the Business Development Manager... you'll be a pivotal part of our commercial team, working closely with the Head of Sales, European BDMs, Internal Sales, and Technical support, you'll be one of the key faces of the business. You'll be able to influence and implement sales strategies to increase reputed company and market share. You'll be able to demonstrate previous action plans and strategies you have developed (with both Distribution partners and direct to OEMs) and implemented to successful outcomes. You will have: · A proven track record of commercial success reputed company sales and business development, ideally from a technical environment with an industrial component. · Experience and Knowledge, of some or reputed company of the following market sectors; Industrial Distributors, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Agriculture, Telematics, Automation, or MHE. · The ability to demonstrate how you have developed and grown existing clients, both national businesses and smaller independents. · Achieved £1M+ targets.
