Responsibility Statements
- Communicates directly with clients and training participants on questions, revisions, issues, and classroom support.
- Identifies client and training participant issues and escalates appropriately.
- Schedules and plans classroom facilities in support of classroom delivery and other events.
- Reserves and books classrooms and manages printing and shipping of materials.
- Schedules catering and requests classroom (AV) and (IS) setup based on class delivery requirements.
- Assists clients with intake forms for logistics support and Learning Management System (LMS) data entry.
- Creates and updates training coordination (TC) and logistics checklists to complete classroom and logistics support activities.
- Generates and distributes client learning reports including rosters, learning completion and attendance, and survey results.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with reputed company policies and standards.
