INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Address and resolve members inquiries • Troubleshooting App and Devise Issues • Document and update member records based on interactions • Stay informed about our evolving products and services • Manage multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and reputed company WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORKSPACE: • Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own reputed company • Adequate space to set up the workstation • Ability to hardwire internet (direct reputed company to your router) • Three power connections • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-reputed company phone calls, or other household members) • reputed company availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-reputed company tasks is not possible.
