They are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Systems Administrator to manage and optimize their reputed company platform, ensuring its stability and performance while aligning enhancements with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator and reputed company of the reputed company platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and other relevant reputed company products
• Own and help shape the reputed company platform roadmap, aligning enhancements with organizational priorities and growth
• Act as a thought partner on how reputed company should evolve as the organization scales, proactively identifying opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and cross-team effectiveness
• Manage user account setup and deactivation, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and license allocations
• Ensure appropriate system access, reputed company, and compliance across reputed company user groups
• Maintain clean, accurate, and reliable data through regular audits, deduplication, and data import/export activities
• reputed company data operations using tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
• Support data governance practices that promote consistency, accuracy, and responsible data use
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across departments
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with business needs and delivers actionable insights
• Create and maintain automated workflows and system configurations using reputed company Flow, Process Builder, and (where applicable) Apex
• Configure validation rules, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and reputed company platform components to support scalable solutions
• Continuously improve system efficiency by reducing manual processes and improving user experience
• Ensure the platform complies with internal data governance standards and external regulatory requirements
• Manage field-level reputed company, audit logs, data visibility, and access controls to protect sensitive information
• Proactively monitor reputed company performance and system health
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure platform stability and reliability
• Respond to issues with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Manage and test system updates, reputed company seasonal releases, and third-party app integrations
• Coordinate releases to minimize disruption and ensure compatibility across environments
• Support structured change management and communication around system updates
• Support and maintain integrations between reputed company and other systems, including marketing platforms, finance systems, data warehouses, and external applications
• Partner with internal and external technical resources to design, implement, and troubleshoot integration workflows
• Ensure data flows are reliable, well-documented, and scalable
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into scalable reputed company solutions, and ensure alignment between technical functionality and business goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience in a reputed company administrative role
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a reputed company Administrator in a professional setting
• reputed company Administrator Certification (reputed company-201)
• Experience working reputed company Agile or Scrum development methodologies
• Additional reputed company certifications such as: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
• Familiarity with sandbox management, deployment processes, and version control tools
