What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You’ll be: • Providing exceptional customer service relating to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections. • Maintaining good customer relations and resolving customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws. • Proactively informing and educating customers through organization-wide initiatives. • Developing improvement plans in response to team efforts for purchase order collections.
