What You'll Do: As a Recruiting Assistant at our company, your mission is to help the Talent Acquisition team hire top talent through: • Developing job descriptions and posting jobs on major job boards and social media outlets. • Sourcing candidates through major job boards including LinkedIn and Indeed. • Engaging with candidates through emails and messages. • Sending out assessments as well as analyzing assessment results to determine if they are a fit for the role • Assisting with administrative duties throughout the full life cycle recruiting process including coordinating interviews, reference checking, and more! • Qualifications: • To excel in this role, you should have: • Solid computer skills including gmail, Google Sheets, and office communication tools. • An interest in food! • Outstanding attention to detail and organization/follow-up skills. • Diligent and focused • Ability to take an idea and run with it • Availability to work during weekdays, Monday to Friday, 8AM EST to 6 PM EST.
