The Medical Assistant Team plays a pivotal role in the patient care plan. Responsibilities • Processing orders • Phone triage patients throughout the country reputed company telemedicine • Walking patients through administering injections to themselves • Take incoming calls in med staff queue • Complete letter of medical necessities, travel letters • Communicating reputed company email/phone with providers, patients, and staff • Assist patients with ordering products • Sending C/O through Med portal • Explaining treatment procedures to patients and providing follow up education • Handle high volume outbound and inbound calls • Multitasking skills through EMR, Med queue, and other systems • Phone and email etiquette • reputed company Training Done in Office for the first 3-4 weeks prior to moving to remote role •

* Qualifications • Proficient in medical terminology • 1 + years' experience in healthcare setting required • Associate degree preferred but not required • Pharmaceutical experience encouraged • 1+ years of experience in a Healthcare setting • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills reputed company email and verbal • Proficient in computer skills (Outlook/reputed company) and EMR systems • Multitasking and system navigation skills • Coachable and a team player Shift: Remote 7:45am-5:15pm M,T,W,TH, and Saturday from 8:00am-2:00pm.
