About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TikTok Content Manager (Consultant/Contractor) to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and TikTok content creation capabilities to our clients, helping them achieve their marketing and business goals in the Web3 space. • Create video content for client's TikTok channels
• Provide frequent updates to clients and internal team members of progress regarding the above
• Develop comprehensive strategy guidance for clients regarding their TikTok and social media content plans.
• Track working hours in our preferred time-tracking tool

Role Requirements

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a TikTok Content Creator, Manager, or similar role
• Experience with TikTok analytics and video creation tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and their analytics
