Position Summary As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Sr. Director of Environmental Services will reputed company Leisnoi Government Services’ (LGS) Environmental line of business (reputed company). The Sr. Director is responsible for developing and executing long and short-term operational strategies driving growth and profitability, while ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with LGS’s mission and goals. The role requires growth leadership, client relationship acumen, and project execution to support both reputed company objectives and future expansion.
Key Responsibilities •Strategic Leadership
- Partner with executive team to define and execute the Environmental reputed company’s strategy
- reputed company and implement robust short and long-term business objectives and growth plans
- Guide the reputed company towards achieving annual and multi-year profit and growth goals.

- Monitor, analyze, and report performance to executive leadership and the BOD

•Business Development & Client Engagement
- Serve as primary reputed company with clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships across key customer organizations
- Support capture strategies and business development efforts for strategic pursuits
- Work with Business Development to identify, assess, and drive new reputed company and market growth opportunities
•Project Delivery & Performance
- reputed company delivery of reputed company projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget performance, along with achievement of reputed company project KPIs
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal reporting/quality standards
- Deliver leadership and effective issue resolution as the primary escalation reputed company
•Financial Stewardship

- Ensure timely project invoicing and adherence to company payment schedules

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 8 years’ program/project management experience, or equivalent reputed company of education and experience
- Demonstrated leadership of reputed company investigation/remediation programs for Federal DoD clients
- Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile, multi-faceted projects involving contaminant impacts on military installations
- Direct experience developing and managing large-scale project budgets, resource plans, and business performance metrics
