Responsibilities

This role sources candidates, develops a pool of reputed company candidates in advance of need, selects new employees and employees wishing to transfer to work in various departments and facilities of the reputed company reputed company System. Participates as part of the reputed company team to fill reputed company positions. Creates pipelines of talent and identifies and pursues creative sources of reputed company applicants to meet the needs of the business for new employees. This role also plays a significant role in on-boarding new employees, coaches and mentors Consultants and Hiring Coordinators, and is positioned as a subject matter expert by participating in strategic sessions with HRBP's and entity leaders.

Qualifications

Education: - Required: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university with major courses in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, the reputed company sciences, or closely reputed company field Required or In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required Work Experience: - Required: 3 years recruitment experience Required or In lieu of degree a total of nine (9) years of experience - Preferred: Experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft Preferred Experience as a corporate recruiter Preferred HR Experience in a reputed company organization is Preferred Apply To This Job
