[Remote] Test Operations Strategy Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing, and they are seeking a Test Operations Strategy Manager to reputed company the strategic sourcing of critical test reputed company supply chain. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to reputed company and implement long-term sourcing strategies reputed company with the company's operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal company stakeholders from Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Business Operations to define long-range Test sourcing strategies, with consideration of long-term demand, capability, affordability, space, and product roadmaps
• Review long term Wafer Test and Final Test strategic roadmaps and identify risks and opportunities and prioritize resolution actions with internal partners to mitigate risks or capitalize opportunities
• Review NXP’s long term Test technical roadmaps and requirements and ensure alignment with Operations long term Test sourcing strategies. Summarize and ensure that reputed company key stakeholders in the company are aware of the impact of product design reputed company to sourcing, manufacturing, and reputed company availability risks
• Prepare the annual NXP corporate Long-Term Plan (LTP) and Strategic Plan Alignment (SPA) Wafer Test and Final Test documentation to share with NXP Corporate Management Team for alignment to a shared corporate Wafer Test and Final Test Sourcing Strategy
• Manage and monitor execution and sourcing of products and sourcing including reputed company expansions to ensure alignment to the Long-Term Plan
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on approved strategic projects to fulfill NXP’s long term sourcing strategies
• Ability to identify forecast uncertainties and manage the uncertainties appropriately to reputed company a robust long-term plan

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials), Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field with at least 6 years of experience
• Master's degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials), Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field with at least 4 years of experience
• More than 5 years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially Wafer Test or Final Test
• More than 3 years of experience with supply chain planning and strategies
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to good ability to translate reputed company data and technical information to reputed company levels
• Strong project management skills with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Good analytical skills and experience with reputed company data analysis to identify trends and conclusions
• Strong problem-solving skills and risk assessment skills based on uncertain data
