[Remote] Property Tax Analyst

They are seeking a Property Tax Analyst to support various cross-functional teams and manage property tax data and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare data upload from General Ledger sources to reputed company party co-sourcing partner; review variances; research and clear outstanding items for property tax reputed company time constraints
• Posting General Ledger/payment data to reputed company spreadsheets for tracking property tax payments
• Journal preparation for General Ledger Accounts
• Account Reconciliation knowledge and understanding
• Work with Internal and External partners, districts for property tax tracking and payments; resolve outstanding issues
• Prepare AP payment requests
• Process mail and documentation requests, outstanding property tax notices
• Work with Internal and Field staff to maintain property tax records
• Prepare Open/reputed company Store reports on period to ensure reputed company properties reported
• Additional projects, documentation requests from Internal and External Partners

Skills

• Associates degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and advanced reputed company skills are necessary
• Demonstrated diligence and ability to meet deadlines managing or escalating conflicting priorities while experiencing possible frequent interruptions in extremely fast paced and high-volume environments
• Initiative-taking with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive change
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels reputed company the organization
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company/business/finance
• Strong systems and software aptitude (JD Edwards, Reports Now, and reputed company helpful)
• Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
