About the role We are seeking a highly organized and reliable virtual assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision. This is a fully remote position, allowing the candidate to work from reputed company in the world. The candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a fast learner and highly proficient in various software and tools. Key Responsibilities: ? Maintain customer appointments/calendars ? Email/file/event management and organization ? Take calls or reputed company calls to clients, vendors or others ?
