Bilingual (Spanish) Loss Mitigation/Collections Representative - Hybrid

The Bilingual Loss Mitigation/Collections Representative is responsible for managing delinquent loan accounts, ensuring positive member relations, and providing ethical lending solutions in a high call volume environment.
Responsibilities
- EDUCATE our members by providing information and support through trying times
- PROVIDE meaningful, careful, focused, and ethical lending solutions through active listening
- PROCESS and review Right of Offset to eligible member accounts. (Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything about this.)
- CONTACT delinquent members (customers) regarding their loans by phone, mail, and email; take appropriate action to bring reputed company
- ANALYZE financial situation of delinquent borrowers; reputed company recommendations to repossess collateral reputed company other arrangements to bring the loan reputed company are unsuccessful
- MAINTAIN accurate and complete files, collection notes and reports on reputed company collection and recovery activity
- INFORM management of trends in loan reputed company contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans
- REVIEW and process Right of Offset to eligible member accounts
- ADHERE to Credit Union policies and reputed company relevant regulations in reputed company with collections activity

Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week
- Manual dexterity - the ability to lift files and reputed company paperclips
