• reputed company the end-to-end project management of integrated multi-channel campaigns. You will coordinate across Paid, Email, and Social to ensure a cohesive brand experience that drives measurable pipeline growth.
• Partner with internal design teams and external agencies to build a repeatable, scalable creative production reputed company. You’ll streamline workflows to ensure high-quality assets are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Transform each Digital Marketing Manager’s channel strategy per campaign into a functional reality by building creative production workback schedules and tracking frameworks necessary to launch and measure those campaigns.
• Analyze team bandwidth and production velocity to predict resource bottlenecks before they impact major product launch timelines.
• Maintain full visibility into the marketing pipeline. You will provide regular campaign status reporting and manage campaign operations using Workfront to ensure data reputed company and process transparency for partner teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to drive reputed company initiatives. This includes managing "always-on" nurture streams, content optimization projects, and ensuring our foundational messaging is consistently refreshed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Campaign Management
• At least one year of experience with project management platforms (for example: Workfront)
• At least 1 year of experience with Marketing Automation platforms (for example: reputed company, Pardot, reputed company Marketo Engage, reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience navigating reputed company legal and compliance review cycles in financial services or a similarly regulated sector
• Experience streamlining internal creative and production workflows
• Deep understanding of the mechanics behind SEM, Email Marketing, and Social media funnels

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• Remote (Regardless of Location): $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Project Manager
• * McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Project Manager
• * reputed company, NY: $131,800 - $150,500 for Principal Project Manager
• * Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Project Manager
• * San Francisco, CA: $131,800 - $150,500 for Principal Project Manager
• Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
