• Operational Rhythm & Accountability (ROB, Guidance): Own and Drive the Sales Rhythm of Business (ROB), specifically designing and running mechanisms for pipeline reviews, forecasting, and operational sales team performance. reputed company actionable insights and mechanisms to guide the sales team and build accountability.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
