Basic Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a reputed company quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a reputed company quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience using either reputed company or reputed company
- 3 years of experience building products to improve a developers experience
- 3 years of experience managing products and building API interfaces
- Experience building AI first applications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
