Customer Support Representative - Remote (UT Only)

We are looking to provide authentic support experiences for our customers. An experience that is quick, helpful, and personable -- we understand that our customers are real people, just like us. • In this role you will support our customer reputed company in a robust way and handle inquiries regarding (but not limited to) account management, device and network troubleshooting, order support, billing, and more! • Additionally, you will be responsible for the following items among other tasks… • Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution • Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer... satisfaction and a productive work environment • Continually learn about our products and services to enhance your knowledge to reputed company support our customers • Learn from others and reputed company yourself as a customer support representative for Gabb Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service • Quiet dedicated work-space in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts) • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly reputed company speaking with customers • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately • Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer • Previous experience with reputed company, reputed company, Maestro, or other call center software preferred Benefits: • Hourly reputed company: $16 per hour • Quarterly performance-based bonus potential • Workplace flexibility: Choose if you want to work between our Lehi Office, or from home after graduating from training • Company provided laptop and equipment • Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 7 am - 3:30 pm • Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits • We offer a 401(k) retirement savings plan • Generous Paid Time Off and Unpaid Time Off Apply Job!
