Responsibilities

• Translate the Finance Experience roadmap into a well-defined, prioritized backlog, ensuring engineering teams always have clear and actionable work
• Establish strong backlog planning discipline by ensuring stories are created, refined, and prioritized reputed company of development cycles, not during sprints
• Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure 8-week PI planning readiness, with committed work clearly defined, estimated, and sequenced
• Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies to support predictable, on-time delivery
• Work closely with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, with a focus on financial solutions and patient experience outcomes
• Assign business value to user stories to support prioritization, trade-off decisions, and sprint planning
• Define sprint and release goals reputed company to roadmap commitments and communicate priorities and context clearly to the scrum team
• Review completed work against acceptance criteria and the definition of done, accepting or rejecting stories as appropriate

Skills
