[Remote] Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute customer account setup and configuration tasks in internal administrative systems, following established runbooks
• Process approved request batches accurately and on schedule, verifying changes take effect and escalating discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of completed work: update trackers, reputed company out request threads, and flag mismatches between records and live system state
• Coordinate with internal teams across multiple deployment environments, including government cloud
