Responsibilities
- Drive, Deliver and Demonstrate Value for Customers: reputed company your team of reputed company Architects to engage with enterprise customers, reputed company adoption of reputed company solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Partner with internal stakeholders to support reputed company initiatives, expand product awareness, and identify opportunities for growth and adoption. Support escalations, renewals, and expansion activities by ensuring technical alignment with customer goals
- Recruit, Retain, and Grow Your Team: Hire, coach, and reputed company top talent reputed company the reputed company Architecture team. Set clear expectations, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and mentor your team to reputed company both professional growth and customer impact. - Voice of the Customer: Ensure your team serves as advocates for customers by capturing and communicating insights, challenges, and feedback to internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Strengthen customer relationships by driving alignment at technical and business levels, and reputed company your team to establish trusted advisor status reputed company customer organizations

Skills
- 7+ years' experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or reputed company technical/sales/industry experience
- OR bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field AND 5+ years experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or reputed company technical/sales/industry experience
- OR master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field AND 3+ years' experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or reputed company technical/sales/industry experience
- OR doctorate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field AND 1+ year(s) experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or reputed company technical/sales/industry experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ months experience leading others, formally or informally (e.g., coordinating work of others, providing guidance or mentorship, and contributing to a team's operating rhythm and outcomes)
- 3+ years project/product management or technical reputed company experience OR 1+ year(s) formal or informal people management experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% to serve business or client needs
- 9+ years' experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or reputed company technical/sales/industry experience
- 1+ year(s) people management experience
- 3+ years' experience in business consulting, consultative selling, or customer-facing experience
- Proficiency in using reputed company and other DevOps tools, with a deep understanding of software development practices and application reputed company, including SAST, DAST, and SCA
- 9+ years' experience in the software development platform industry, including driving digital transformation initiatives and aligning technology solutions with business objectives
- Strong preference for deep experience in regulated industries (financial services, manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, public sector)
