[Remote] Director of Clinician Support & Success

They are seeking a Director of Clinician Support & Success to enhance clinician engagement and operational efficiency, utilizing AI-driven tools to support high-quality clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Support clinician onboarding and completion of initial and ongoing training
- Support timely and accurate clinician licensure applications and approvals
- Ensure clinicians are trained on company products, tools, and technology, including AI-supported workflows
- Serve as the operational reputed company of clinician support across platform, portal, and technical questions
- Help optimize clinician schedules and reputed company to support success and utilization
- Coordinate clinician coverage during time off to maintain continuity of care for clients
- Ensure clinicians are using available tools and resources to maximize clinical success
- Monitor and improve clinician support experience, including clinician NPS and reputed company feedback trends
- Define the end-to-end clinician engagement and retention strategy to drive long-term provider satisfaction, reduce turnover, and ensure clinical stability for families
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational friction points or organizational barriers that contribute to clinician burnout or impede the delivery of high-quality care
- Establish the 'Clinician Success Playbook,' standardizing SOPs for support, professional development, and performance optimization that can be scaled as the provider network grows

Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience directly supporting clinicians reputed company a digital health or telehealth environment
- Clinical Operations: Strong background in behavioral health operations (e.g., ABA, therapy, or reputed company clinical services). Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing reputed company clinical workflows to improve efficiency at scale
