Position: Expert Professionals - Supply Chain & Manufacturing Type: Contract Compensation: $80–$110/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to reputed company knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics topics.
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to Supply Chain and Manufacturing topics. Set the gold standard for quality and rigor.
• Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across multiple specializations. Write accurate and well-structured solutions to Supply Chain and Manufacturing problems.
• Evaluate supply chain tasks and solutions. Provide clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, or Logistics at top-tier organizations.
• Demonstrable history of progressive career growth.
• Deep, specific focus in core supply chain or manufacturing functions.
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
