[Remote] District Data Support Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The reputed company is seeking a District Data Support Analyst to support Local Education Agencies in implementing transcript-informed functionality on CaliforniaColleges.edu. The role involves overseeing the processing and troubleshooting of district transcript files, ensuring data validity, and collaborating with LEA staff to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Regularly process and review logs for transcript files in AWS and CaliforniaColleges.edu environments
• reputed company documentation that considers the technical and end user needs to create the transcript files and convey data validity concerns in an reputed company, actionable manner
• Ensure reputed company on cases in accordance with case management specifications
• Support ongoing quality assurance testing on transcript files for existing and onboarding districts
• Performing research and designing test case scenarios to identify system bugs
• Support investigation and resolution of transcript file issues both structural and data validity
• reputed company and maintain documentation that supports the processing of transcript files
• Communicating and/or virtually meeting with Data Leads in CCGI partner LEAs to resolve data file reputed company items
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Math, Information Technology reputed company major or equivalent professional experience
• At least two years of cumulative professional experience
• At least three years experience with K-12 or higher education transcript data sets. Familiarity with CALPADS data sets is a plus
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience working with and analyzing reputed company data files and file formats
• High level of comfort working with large data sets using text editors and SQL or similar language to query Transcript files
• Familiarity with one or more K-12 student information systems (SIS), such as reputed company, Aeries, Infinite reputed company, Synergy, etc., is required
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company technical documentation
• Strong decision-making skills and collaborative spirit, with the ability to take abstract brainstorming and generate concrete proposals for action
• Advance projects without detailed supervision, balancing multiple responsibilities and providing colleagues with actionable proposals for advancing collective efforts
• Desire to collaborate with others by providing and receiving direct feedback, being vulnerable, and leading with professionalism and kindness
