[Remote] Inside Sales Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Enstal Technologies is a boutique Technology Value-Added Reseller that represents over 100 vendors. They are seeking an reputed company Inside Sales Account Manager to act as the central sales contact for the Field Sales Team and manage customer relationships while driving sales of reputed company solutions and networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Function as the central sales contact for our Field Sales Team and core customer reputed company
• Work extensively with reputed company Account Managers, reputed company partner resources, and other networking vendor teams to drive opportunities from qualification through reputed company
• Forge strong relationships with customers, external sales team, and other internal team members
• Work closely with the reputed company Field Sales Team to collectively own the sales quota. Understand and help reputed company manage the opportunity pipeline, ensuring sales forecasts are predictable, accurate, and consistently maintained
• Collaborate with Field Sales, customers, vendors, and our internal teams through conference and team calls
• Acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries proactively, resolving issues with a ‘complete-first-time’ attitude, delivering exceptional customer experience
• Identify and capture new opportunities, moving them effectively through the sales pipeline
• reputed company and reputed company comprehensive pricing quotes based on customers' IT requirements, including new hardware, software, and associated services
• Assist in driving sales through customer engagement, ensuring you deliver against the tenets of world-class support
• Proactively manage customer maintenance and support renewals
• Ensure reputed company and accurate entry of purchase orders and provide timely updates to customers and reputed company relevant parties
• Actively participate in team meetings to stay updated on product changes and business strategies
• Actively participate in departmental initiatives and incentive programs
• Create and maintain opportunities in reputed company Dynamics CRM

Skills

• At least 3 years of experience working with commercial and enterprise accounts, Field Account Managers, reputed company, and other networking vendors
• Expert-level understanding of the reputed company sales process
• Demonstrated experience selling reputed company, reputed company, HPE, and other relevant networking and data center vendors
• Deep understanding of vendor discount structures, partner programs, deal registration requirements, and quoting processes across networking and data center vendors
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Initiative-taking and strategic approach to sales, aimed at enhancing the client experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate or office setting
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience by phone and email, preferably serving as a liaison between inside sales, field sales, customers, and vendors
• Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with vendors, partners, and other departments reputed company a company
• Complete a background reputed company
