[Remote] Epic Resolute Charge Router Analyst (HB/PB)

Aberdeen Advisors LLC is seeking an Epic Resolute Charge Router Analyst to support the build, configuration, testing, and implementation of the Epic Resolute Charge Router. This role involves collaborating with IT and reputed company cycle teams to optimize charge routing workflows and ensure accurate billing operations.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and configuring the Epic Charge Router across HB and/or PB based on documented requirements
- Translating reputed company cycle and billing requirements into functional and technical design specifications
- Building and maintaining charge router rules, mappings, and filters; migrating changes from testing to production environments
- Supporting reputed company Resolute build including reimbursement reputed company, general ledger, and third-party claim scrubber integration
- Developing and maintaining system process documentation
- Understanding clinical and reputed company cycle workflows that feed charge capture and routing
- Analyzing charge router error work queues to identify root causes, define process changes, and reputed company future-state workflows
- Collaborating with end users to translate billing needs into system build requirements
- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate charge routing logic
- Performing unit, system, and integration testing, including regression testing across instances
- Providing production support and troubleshooting charge router and Resolute billing issues
- Acting as a primary support contact for charge routing across multiple instances and Community Connect sites as needed
- Monitoring system functionality and resolving issues that arise
- Developing and running reports to track charge router throughput, error volumes, and reputed company impact
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities to improve charge accuracy and reduce manual rework
- Collaborating with reputed company cycle, IT, and other Epic analysts
- Communicating application changes, enhancements, and procedures to stakeholders
- Maintaining regular communication with Epic representatives and communicating project status
Skills
- Epic Certification: Active/reputed company Epic certification in Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) or Resolute Professional Billing (PB) (one or both acceptable)
- Charge Router Experience: Direct, hands-on experience with Epic Charge Router (Charge Router certification a strong plus)
- Epic Application Experience: 2+ years of experience with Epic Resolute applications
- System Build & Configuration Experience: Proven experience building and configuring Epic billing systems
- Workflow Analysis & Optimization: Ability to understand and analyze reputed company reputed company cycle workflows
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions independently in a fast-moving consulting environment
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with relevant software, such as reputed company Office Suite
