They are seeking a highly reputed company Senior Compliance Analyst to reputed company state authorization, licensure, and regulatory strategy initiatives while managing a scalable reputed company compliance infrastructure.
Responsibilities

- Determine licensure, registration, authorization, and exemption requirements by state
- Identify opportunities to secure exemptions reputed company applicable
- Build state-specific compliance roadmaps
- reputed company approval strategies that minimize regulatory risk
- Monitor regulatory changes across reputed company states
- Prepare and submit state authorization applications
- Prepare exemption requests and supporting documentation
- Draft responses to deficiencies and corrective action requests
- Manage renewals, registrations, and annual reporting requirements
- Maintain approval calendars and tracking systems
- Serve as primary liaison with state agencies
- Research and secure ETPL approvals
- Manage workforce board applications
- Coordinate WIOA-reputed company documentation
- Maintain workforce funding compliance
- Support apprenticeship and workforce initiatives
- Track workforce outcome reporting requirements
- Review educational programs for regulatory compliance
- Evaluate program structures and clock-hour calculations
- Verify curriculum alignment with certification requirements
- Review learning outcomes and competency frameworks
- Evaluate CIP code classifications
- Review catalogs, syllabi, enrollment agreements, websites, disclosures, and consumer information for compliance consistency
- Build and maintain compliance databases
- Organize regulatory documentation repositories
- Create executive reporting dashboards

Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience
- Experience with proprietary school regulation or workforce training compliance
- Experience preparing and managing state authorization applications
- Experience researching and interpreting state statutes, regulations, administrative codes, and policy guidance
- Experience working directly with state regulators, workforce agencies, licensing boards, or education departments
- Strong understanding of educational program structure, curriculum design, learning outcomes, clock hours, CIP codes, and instructional delivery models
