[Remote] Business Systems Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's or equivalent training
• At least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience. Must include experience working reputed company a high performing reporting team
• Strong understanding of business applications and underlying system data flows, with the ability to analyze system behavior and impacts of configuration changes
• Proven ability to gather, document, and maintain business and system requirements reputed company to application configuration, enhancements, and operational support
• Advanced understanding of business applications, system architecture, and data flows, with the ability to assess reputed company impacts of configuration and system changes
• Demonstrated expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing reputed company business and system requirements across multiple stakeholders
• Strong vendor management and collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate requirements, track deliverables, and resolve issues with internal and external partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including leading root cause analysis for escalated or cross-system issues
