[Remote] Senior Manager, Project Management

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to reputed company the Project Management Office and delivery of product and digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment and effective adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive PMO responsible for strategic best practices and executing product delivery and digital transformation initiatives
• reputed company organizational project management and product delivery capabilities, standards and behaviors for effective coordination and prioritization of projects
• Improve the success rates, learn from past mistakes, reputed company processes more efficient with clear documentation and learnings
• reputed company change management strategy for enterprise projects, including stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, readiness planning, and adoption measurement
• reputed company and execute communication, training, and engagement plans
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify change risks, address resistance, and build alignment
• Establish repeatable change management practices to support consistent adoption and reputed company improvement across the organization
