[Remote] Sales & Customer Service Ambassador

They are seeking Patient Ambassadors who will create a positive first impression for patients by scheduling consultations and providing support throughout the patient journey.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients reputed company inbound call, outbound call, sms, live chat, and email to schedule a free consultation (no cold calling). Must be reputed company tech savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems on your PC reputed company
• Support existing patients by sending requests for follow up, warm-transferring to the center and fielding non-urgent, urgent, and emergent Medical Escalations to connect patients with center team members, clinicians, or an On-Call Surgeon
• Accurately capture and enter patient information with detailed notes reputed company our CRM systems
• Adhere to compliance with call flow, candidacy, light medical screening questions, and reputed company other Quality Assurance requirements
• Own the first impression of the patient journey
• Engage with patients, build rapport, and offer support in finding solutions by overcoming objections
• Collaborate with Leadership, Training and QA to stay updated on new services and policies

Skills

• Customer service: 1 year
• Sales with a quota or objective: 1 year
• You must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work at least 1 weekend day on a regular basis
• You must have the ability to establish a private workspace with a lockable reputed company for your home workstation
• You must have the ability to reputed company basic technical troubleshooting and maintenance
• No background noises
• High-speed internet reputed company. Have a high-speed internet reputed company that is adequate for the job. (At least 100 Mbps is needed for optimal performance)
• Ability to pass typing and additional reputed company assessment. At least (40WPM, 95% accuracy)
