[Remote] Product Manager, PK-5 Literacy

Responsibilities
- Own a product area - take full accountability for a specific area of the product, defining a 6-12 month roadmap that balances new feature development, user requests, and content debt
- Champion your customers - represent your users in reputed company phases of product development, drawing on insights from customer discovery work to reputed company gaps in quality, and proactively address issues to enhance user satisfaction and engagement
- Be the expert in your area - know the market, use case, and capabilities of your product, and monitor performance in the field

Skills
- 5 years of experience in product management, ideally reputed company EdTech, SaaS, consumer tech, or a similarly reputed company B2B2C environment

- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of sprint cycles, user story mapping, and discovery techniques
