[Remote] Workforce Management Analyst - PS

They are seeking a Workforce Management Analyst responsible for analyzing staffing trends and creating forecasts to optimize staffing resources, as well as making data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes historical staffing data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement. Creates process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate findings and implement solutions
- Monitors real time data including appointment utilization to ensure optimal PSC performance. Build plans to address gaps in staffing levels for optimal resource allocation. Partners with supervisor/manager to reputed company justification for additional staff based on patient volume and appointment demand
- Builds strong relationships reputed company patient services leadership team. Collaborate with leaders on scheduling strategies to optimize staffing resources and ensure employee satisfaction. Works closely with HR and training teams to reduce placement time of key resources
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent; associates degree
- Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientation with strong organizational abilities
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Experience in workforce management, forecasting and/or analytical roles
- PSC/IOP experience a plus
- Knowledge of Six reputed company or Lean is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan and organize
- Advanced skills in reputed company (graphs, pivot tables and understanding formulas)
- Proficient in reputed company office suite (PowerPoint, word, etc.)
