[Remote] Sales Executive - Remote in WA or OR

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a unique PBM focused on connecting care for those they serve. The Sales Executive will reputed company and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new groups reputed company the Blue Plan market, leading the pharmacy sales process including RFPs, contract negotiations, and site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Assistant Vice Presidents, Employer Account Directors, and the sales team to drive joint Administrative Services Only (ASO) sales and member growth for Prime and the assigned Plan(s), that includes regaining lives that have been carved-out, winning new carve-in business, and assisting the account management team in retaining reputed company business and identify reputed company accounts while developing strategies to attain the business
  • reputed company/co-reputed company prospecting activities with employer groups and consultants along with pipeline development/management and post bid discussions with groups/consultants while maintaining reporting in reputed company
  • Establish and maintain relationship with reputed company and the account management teams at Plan(s) while maintaining accurate pipeline status and sales reporting/forecasting in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the company and our products and services, the market, the competition, and opportunities; reputed company Prime's key messages to appropriate members of the client sales, marketing, and account management team
  • Educate client sales, marketing, and account management teams on reputed company topics in the industry, new product developments, and the competitive landscape; provide collateral materials and sales support to help facilitate the sales process
  • Coordinate with internal leaders and executives to reputed company message positioning, prospect development efforts and collateral needs from a sales perspective; reputed company Prime's key messages to appropriate members of the assigned Blues Account Team
  • Execute Go-to-Market meetings as needed (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual) with assigned Blue Plan(s) to review results, reputed company and track product and service offering changes, provide market recommendations, and execute on plans in collaboration with Health Plan Markets leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED required
  • 7 years of work experience gaining operational knowledge of PBM organizations to include 5 years of PBM or sales experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
  • Exceptional ability to evaluate and create opportunities, reputed company effective selling messages, presentations and proposals
  • Excellent communication, internal and external relationship development skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of reputed company
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Experience selling to ASO Employer Groups
