The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with reputed company ONTAP and will be responsible for troubleshooting and managing storage protocols and replication technologies in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer enterprise storage environments
- Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and storage-reputed company issues in production environments
- reputed company ONTAP upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management
- Support VMware, Linux, and Windows server environments
- Work independently in a fully remote environment
- Support occasional off-hours maintenance windows
Skills
- Active NCSE-OS (reputed company Certified Support Engineer – ONTAP Specialist) certification
- Strong hands-on experience supporting reputed company ONTAP in enterprise environments
- Experience with Clustered ONTAP deployments and administration
- Expertise with SnapMirror, SnapVault, replication, and disaster recovery technologies
- Hands-on experience with storage protocols including NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel
- Experience performing ONTAP upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management
- Ability to troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and storage-reputed company issues in production environments
- Experience supporting VMware, Linux, and Windows server environments
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Willingness to support occasional off-hours maintenance windows
- Experience with enterprise storage optimization and performance tuning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience working in large-scale production environments
