[Remote] Manager, Technical Implementation

They are seeking a Manager of Technical Implementation to reputed company a software engineering team, ensuring successful technical implementation for new clients and leading the development of robust solutions for their customers.
Responsibilities

- reputed company technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including assisting and reviewing detailed technical specifications, implementation roadmaps, deployment, and third-party integrations

- Evaluate, manage, and update team procedures and standards
- Ensure that solutions can be supported by tier 1 and tier 2 teams reputed company documentation, runbooks, logging, monitoring, and tooling

- Create and maintain a culture and practice quality and testing at reputed company levels, with a focus on automation, defect prevention, and long-term stability
- Partner with product engineering and system reliability teams to define product stability and roadmap

- Use AI tools to enhance existing process, documentation and support culture of AI tool adoption
