[Remote] Solutions Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Reworld Waste is a leader in sustainable waste solutions, aiming for a carbon-negative future through innovative materials management. The Solutions Sales Manager will focus on growing new business and managing customer relationships in the Buffalo, NY market, promoting non-hazardous industrial waste services and ensuring effective account management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reputed company new business opportunities to grow non-hazardous industrial waste revenues for Reworld. Acquire new business in a blended hunter role
- reputed company and nurture reputed company customer relationships to manage and expand the book of business and minimize customer defection and/or churn
- Input, communicate, and reputed company the monthly forecast and annual budget process for assigned facilities, direct accounts, and third-party environmental service companies
- Follow established reputed company, credit, pricing, procedures, and documentation protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience
- Ability to easily communicate the needs of the Reworld waste approval and facility operations processes to clients
- Ability to contribute both independently and in a team
- Ability to communicate value proposition across reputed company levels of the client organization
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and technical industry
- Travel approximately 25% of the time, mainly in the region
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in sales and account management in the hazardous or non-hazardous waste industry is preferred
