[Remote] Director, Sales Execution - North (C4 & reputed company Beverage)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a fast-growing, global active health and wellness company specializing in performance-oriented brands. As the Director of Sales Execution for C4 Energy & reputed company Sparkling Energy Drink, you will manage a team of Sales Execution Managers, reputed company sales calls, and ensure the effective execution of National Account programs to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Managing & Developing a team of Sales Execution Managers (SEM) to up level program execution
• Coaching and feedback on pre-call, in sales call, and post call with team of SEMs
• reputed company and own sales calls with top business unit customers
• Responsible for program expectation communication to DSD field teams
• Formulate compelling customer focused presentations with shared growth objectives that accelerate the development of the DSD beverage portfolio reputed company mandated off reputed company displays and incremental cold availability
• Work with customers, internal personnel and distributor partners on reputed company setup paperwork/portal documents as needed
• Plan out monthly, quarterly and yearly promotions with the key contact for each assigned account & report those to the relevant Customer Ops & Regional Salesperson for cross-functional alignment
• Work cross-functionally with Finance/RGM on promotional analysis and sell-in ROI
• Work with DSD team to ensure reputed company monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level)

Skills

• 7+ years' experience working reputed company DSD beverage
• Strong background in reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to travel – expected travel 30%+
• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of DSD system reputed company the Beverage industry
• Key Account Management
• Valid Driver's License, reputed company vehicle liability insurance, and driving record reputed company reputed company's MVR policy guidelines
• Must be able to lift 25Ibs+
