[Remote] reputed company Business Analyst, Sr Staff / ECP (Employee Central Payroll)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading aerospace and defense company, and they are seeking a seasoned reputed company Employee Central Payroll expert to join their 1LMX Transformation Team as a System Integration Business Analyst. This role involves optimizing and streamlining HR payroll processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing system configuration and support for the ECP system.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support the ECP system to ensure seamless integration with existing processes
• Work with stakeholders to capture and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that meet business needs
• Coordinate with product management on funding and priorities, estimate development efforts, and manage change requests

Skills

• US Citizenship is required for this role
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company ECP modules, including Payroll processing and configuration, Payroll rules and regulations, reporting and analytics
• Experience in reputed company ECP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment (e.g. reputed company GUI, Eclipse, etc.)
• Experience with data migration and conversion from legacy systems to reputed company ECP
• Experience with business process re-engineering and optimization
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and payroll
