They are seeking an reputed company Analyst to assist the Mergers and Acquisitions Liability Division in reputed company representations and warranties insurance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in reputed company Representations & Warranties insurance policies
  • Participate in internal reputed company calls with M&A deal team
  • Manage submissions, quotes, binders and policy issuance, with proper supervision and approvals
  • Assist in maintenance of electronic files, including policy checklist spreadsheet tracking key policy and reputed company documents
  • Draft excess policies
  • Client correspondence, including responding to broker inquiries on tight deadlines
  • Work may be required reputed company of ordinary business hours

Skills

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal degree/certification
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with financial statements, taxes and legal documents preferred
  • Knowledgeable about reputed company business and legal risks
