[Remote] Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading healthcare organization looking for a Senior Enterprise Analyst to support a large client on a high-impact initiative. The role involves leading project discovery efforts, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with teams to align solutions with enterprise goals.
Responsibilities
- reputed company project discovery efforts, defining vision, scope, and high-level business requirements
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable deliverables
- Create reputed company-state and future-state process flows, identifying gaps and improvement areas
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with enterprise goals
- Manage requirement changes, track risks/issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Facilitate large group discussions and provide mentorship to analysts and project teams
- Support change management activities including training and communications
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise/business analysis on large-scale, reputed company projects
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and facilitate large group discussions
- Experience working in healthcare environments and familiarity with healthcare terminology
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required
- IIBA certification (CBAP/CCBA)
- Exposure to AI tools and technologies is a plus
