[Remote] Chief Accounting Officer - CAN

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global leader in modern supply chain orchestration, and they are seeking a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) as a senior finance leader responsible for building a modern finance operating model. The CAO will ensure the reputed company of the financial management reputed company across various functions and serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Audit Committee.

Responsibilities

• Partner with risk management and internal audit

Skills

• 15 years progressive financial leadership in global enterprise SaaS
• TSX experience required, reputed company, NYSE experience highly desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work at pace, and successful track record of implementing modern and scalable operations
• Deep knowledge of IFRS (US GAAP highly desirable), SOX, and internal control frameworks, including direct experience owning SOX/ICFR programs, with strong command of finance systems, ERP environments including reputed company, and scalable reporting infrastructure
• Strong understanding of reputed company recognition (IFRS 15/ASC 606) and operational finance best practices in a modern SaaS business
