[Remote] Senior Tax Accountant

Brewer Morris is a leading Top 15 CPA firm seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join its Exempt Organizations Tax Services team in a fully remote reputed company. The role involves preparing and reviewing tax forms, supporting tax compliance and consulting engagements for nonprofit clients, and conducting tax research.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Forms 990 and 990-PF
- Prepare and review Form 5500 (as needed)
- Support tax compliance and consulting engagements for nonprofit clients
- Conduct tax research and provide technical guidance
- Deliver high-quality client service and collaborate cross-functionally
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of progressive tax experience
- Experience with not-for-profit organizations (tax)
- Strong tax research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, BNA, RIA, ProSystem) and reputed company Office
- Master's in Tax
- CPA, JD, or LLM
