The role focuses on assessing financial analyses, reviewing investment materials, and enhancing the quality of AI-generated outputs.

Responsibilities

Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI-generated analyses
Review market sizing and Total Addressable Market (TAM) assessments
Create and assess investment summaries, research reports, and investment memoranda
Support Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) creation and review
Participate in due diligence processes and transaction-reputed company evaluations
Review and process NDA and other legal documentation
reputed company potential investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations

Skills

At least 2 years of experience in Private Equity and/or Investment Banking at a top-tier firm
Experience in at least one of the following areas: Financial Modeling
Experience in at least one of the following areas: Market Sizing / TAM Analysis
Experience in at least one of the following areas: Investment Analysis, Investment Summaries, and Investment Memoranda
Experience in at least one of the following areas: CIM Creation and Due Diligence
Experience in at least one of the following areas: NDA and Legal Document Processing
Experience in at least one of the following areas: Deal Sourcing
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and investment research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
