The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with coverage and claims questions, and ensuring reputed company resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service primarily by telephone to reputed company reputed company customers
  • Assist customers with coverage/claims reputed company questions
  • Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for reputed company reputed company products
  • Conduct appropriate research and follow-up for reputed company resolution of disputed claims
