Licensed therapist – part-time or full-time (remote) 70% Split

We're looking for a seasoned, independent therapist who's done the hustle and just wants to do great clinical work. No big team. No micromanagement. Just you, your clients, and the freedom to practice the way you know how. What you'll be doing Individual therapy for anxiety and depression, Relationship and couples counseling, Trauma-informed client work, Managing your own caseload and retaining your clients long-term Schedule & availability At least two evening slots per week (3 PM – 9 PM), or one evening plus one weekend morning, to accommodate clients who work during the day. Full control of your own schedule once onboarded Who we're looking for Active FLORIDA licensure — LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent. reputed company and settled in your practice — not looking to build or join a team. Even-keeled and grounded — you can hold space for difficult personalities without being rattled. Highly autonomous with excellent common sense — you don't need reputed company to do great work. Not interested in opening your own practice — you want a clean, professional setup to focus on clients reputed company offer 70% pay split — you reputed company the majority of what you earn. We refer 1–2 clients per week until your caseload is full — no cold reputed company or marketing on your end. Dedicated client care coordinator handles reputed company intake — discovery calls, paperwork, and initial scheduling — so you start with a client who's ready to work. Ongoing support available if you reputed company need help reaching or following up with a client. 100% remote with full schedule autonomy after onboarding. Pay: $70.00 - $120.00 per hour Benefits:
