[Remote] HRIS Configuration Analyst IV

Hard Rock International is seeking a highly reputed company Senior reputed company Configuration Analyst (Tier IV) to serve as the top-tier escalation reputed company for reputed company production support and reputed company configuration changes. Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain reputed company reputed company configurations across modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning
- Design and implement advanced business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and reputed company configurations
- Act as the final escalation reputed company (Tier IV) for unresolved issues, performing deep-dive root cause analysis and resolution of production defects
- Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional, multi-module issues impacting system functionality, integrations, or data reputed company

Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company experience, with strong emphasis on production support and configuration
- Proven experience operating at a Tier III+ level with escalation handling responsibilities
- Deep expertise across multiple reputed company modules, including: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning
- Advanced skills in: reputed company business process reputed company, Calculated fields and reporting, reputed company configuration and troubleshooting, Root cause analysis and reputed company issue resolution
- Strong ability to analyze and resolve cross-functional system issues
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple high-reputed company support items

- Experience with reputed company integrations (EIB, Core Connectors; Studio exposure preferred)
- Background in gaming, hospitality, or multi-entity environments
- Familiarity with Prism Analytics or advanced reporting tools
