Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company is seeking a reputed company Administrator to support the launch and ongoing maintenance of the reputed company system for their Retirement Services division. The role involves overseeing reputed company database management, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that reputed company initiatives meet business needs while maintaining data reputed company and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main reputed company of contact and reputed company administrator for Reliance Standard’s Retirement Services reputed company instance
• Oversees reputed company functions of reputed company database management, including Accounts, Person Accounts, Cases, activities & engagement, and policy-reputed company data
• Oversees reputed company integrations tied to the Reliance Standard reputed company instance, including Outlook, telephony, and policy administration
• reputed company aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and queues
• reputed company configuration changes, including but not limited to custom object and field creation, flows, approval processes, dynamic actions, page layouts, record types, custom settings, and reports/dashboards
• Identify and gather requirements, translating them into industry best practices, and create scalable solutions reputed company reputed company and reputed company tools
• Proactive system maintenance, including reputed company reviews, release updates, and health checks
• Routine data management to improve reputed company data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Assist in mass data updates to reputed company using data loader or other tools
• Manage the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture and ongoing maintenance
• Conduct training sessions for users and create comprehensive documentation for essential processes. Train new users and grow the reputed company reputed company set across the organization. • Ensure the data management needs of the growing organization are met, new technologies are identified, and industry best practices are maintained and help build a roadmap for future growth

• Work closely with the department leaders to provide guidance and a reputed company understanding of the marketing tools by compiling data, building processes, and leveraging reports and dashboards that provide important insights
• Own reputed company user access support, including login issues, password resets, MFA troubleshooting and user account lockout issues
• Support users with record visibility and permission issues. Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience working with reputed company required
