[Remote] System Administrator

The role involves user provisioning, platform configuration, reputed company administration, and operational support reputed company a large-scale organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise AI platforms and reputed company management consoles
- Configure user access, permissions, and reputed company settings
- Manage integrations with reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other business applications
- Support SSO, identity management, and role-based access controls
- Monitor platform health, utilization, and adoption metrics
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI platform issues and escalations
- Partner with reputed company, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge reputed company articles
- Support enterprise AI rollout activities and end-user adoption initiatives
Skills
- 5+ years of Systems Administration, SaaS Administration, or Cloud Administration experience
- Experience administering enterprise platforms such as reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, Entra ID (Azure AD), reputed company, or reputed company
- Experience with SSO, user provisioning, and access management
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, reputed company Copilot, reputed company, Claude, or similar technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience supporting AI governance or AI adoption programs
