[Remote] Project Manager 2 (contract)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support a fast-paced marketing migration initiative from reputed company Marketing Cloud to reputed company Journey Optimizer. The role involves coordinating across cross-functional teams, tracking development reputed company, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns by year-end.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track end-to-end migration activities for email campaigns from SFMC to AJO
- Monitor reputed company of AJO developers and provide regular status reporting to leadership
- Coordinate across marketing, development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders
- Track key deliverables including email creatives, customer journeys, and campaign launches
- Identify, document, and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies that may impact timelines or launches
- Facilitate project meetings, maintain project plans, and ensure action items are completed
- Support launch readiness and ensure alignment with migration deadlines and priorities
Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing technology or digital marketing
- Experience working with multi-channel marketing, SFMC, AJO, or similar marketing automation platforms preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar
- Understanding of campaign execution workflows, email production, and customer journeys
- Experience managing cross-functional technology migration or transformation projects
- Strong risk management and status reporting capabilities
