[Remote] Principal Business Analyst – P&C Insurance Policy Administration

The Principal Business Analyst will collaborate with teams to implement scalable and compliant policy administration solutions for Property & Casualty insurance, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for P&C insurance policy administration implementations
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze and interpret ISO and NCCI regulatory updates to support compliant policy configuration and implementation
• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams to define scalable policy administration solutions
• Support reputed company Policy configuration across policy lifecycle, rating, reputed company, and policy processing workflows
• Manage and refine Agile backlogs to ensure development readiness and reduce reputed company rework
• Conduct impact analysis and maintain traceability across requirements, testing, and implementation deliverables
• Define test scenarios and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery priorities
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities that improve implementation quality and operational efficiency

Skills

• 8 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst reputed company Property & Casualty insurance environments
• Strong expertise in P&C insurance operations including Policy, Rating, and reputed company
• Experience interpreting ISO and NCCI circulars and translating regulatory changes into business and system requirements
• Hands-on experience with policy administration platforms such as reputed company, Guidewire, or Duck Creek
• Experience supporting insurance software implementations or digital transformation programs
• Strong Agile delivery experience including backlog management, sprint planning, and JIRA usage
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to simplify reputed company workflows and drive alignment across business and technical teams
